My name is Kristina, a fully qualified and compassionate person-centred counsellor, committed to guiding individuals through the challenges of contemporary life. With a background rooted in the principles of person-centred therapy, my practice is built on the experience that every individual has the capacity for growth, self-awareness, and positive change.
